Our trip was very nice, would happily go back again. Got stylish deluxe king room with the terrace as expected, enjoyed it.- The hotel had a lovely location to the ferry terminal where we boarded as foot passengers.

The room was extremely pleasant and with amazing views, big windows, for example, had everything I needed. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware were available in the kitchen. The location seemed peaceful and nice everywhere in the bay.

This hotel is a great choice for a lovely Halong Bay cruise. The ship is clean and in great condition, with beautiful cabins that have gigantic windows to enjoy the stunning views. The included activities are a lot of fun, and the guides are friendly and funny. The food is excellent, especially the barbecue with seafood and meats. The staff make special effort to accommodate dietary restrictions, such as offering vegetarian meals.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!
